Moroccan Guacamole

Recipe from California Avocados

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and coarsely mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. ras al hanout seasoning blend
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, or spearmint, optional
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste

Directions

  1. Gently combine avocado, ras al hanout, juice, zest, tomato, herbs and salt.
  2. Garnish and serve immediately.
