Snacks - Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

No party would be complete without Buffalo chicken! This recipe offers a lower fat alternative to traditional dip. Serve with chips, celery, carrots or any other vegetable. A delicious and hearty appetizer, the substitutions in this recipe provide the same richness and flavor as its higher fat counterpart. The hot sauce helps amp up the flavors making it a party favorite!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Shred three cups of the cooked chicken and set aside
  3. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, mozzarella cheese, hot sauce and blue cheese
  4. Add chicken and combine until everything is well mixed together
  5. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown
