Italian Herb Mixed Nuts

For guests who prefer savory snacks, this nut mixture will be a hit! It is bursting with flavor while providing a super-healthy dose of protein and can be made ahead of time. Your guests will love the Italian seasoning that brings extra flavor to a bowl of mixed nuts. It is gluten-free and diabetic friendly, so guests with dietary restrictions can enjoy it, too. Whip up a double batch if you're expecting a lot of guests, because this snack will go quickly.


  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F
  2. In a small bowl, mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder
  3. Add nuts
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil, and pour the mixture onto the sheet
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Bake for 15 minutes while stirring every five minutes
